1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RDX OTP Bot services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access RDX OTP Bot services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in RDX OTP Bot services
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

RDX OTP Bot provides automated OTP (One-Time Password) code delivery services. The service is designed to deliver OTP codes quickly and securely to authorized users.

4. User Obligations

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

5. Payment Terms

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are charged in advance and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected downtime may occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of RDX OTP Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including military-grade AES-256 encryption.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Engage in any activity that interferes with service performance
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

RDX OTP Bot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the past 12 months.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
